One interesting thing I stumbled across this week for an internal project. Customising proposals/ pitchdecks to people at scale.
If you can get interesting data about a company or person, you can put that into a PDF pitch deck automatically. Related to my last post about AI agents for email.
The graph below on the right is the result of scraping reviews of a large company; the text on the left is part of an app I wrote that automatically writes the text into storytelling format and puts it into a PDF.
Pretty neat that ChatGPT can understand the context of graphs and present this in storytellingformat.
Afterwards just a bit of code to render a PDF file. Then you're off to the races.
Quite powerful for agencies and firms that want to generate pitches at scale.
The good pitches will always be properly researched and customised. But for lower and middle-tier market work I think this is very powerful.
At least given that most pitches look like this (below)... the competition to improve them isn't too tough
